John Douglas Eason Interiors was established in 2000 with a primary focus on residential interiors. John has more than 15 years of experience in the field of interior design. he helped to establish and build what is today one of the largest and most successful interior design firms in CT before leaving to start his own design firm in New York City.

Whether the room is modern, transitional or traditional, the keynote of John's work is the balance of proportion, style, texture and color. From John's first design project which garnered an honorable mention in Metropolitan Homes annual design competition to his recent publication in the New York Times, he has maintained meticulous standards in getting the details right.

Above and beyond simple room decoration is John's philosophy of incorporating the needs and dreams of each client into the design process. By so doing, he's able to create homes that are not only sophisticated and elegant, but also relate to the individual lifestyle of each client.
